Where are you located?
We are located in Joliet, IL near Plainfield.
What areas do you service?
We are located in Joliet, Illinois and generally service within a 50 mile radius in the Chicagoland area, but can travel as far as the customer is wanting us to go.
Do you come with moving trucks?
No, we do not. To keep our prices extremely low we specialize in labor only moves. Most customers rent with UHAUL or Penske.
Can you drive my rental truck for me?
No, unfortunately we can not.
What is included in your quote?
Our base 2, 3, 4 man crew quote includes tie down straps for transit, dollies, hump straps and tools.
Do you disassemble or reassemble furniture?
Yes! This is included in our hourly rate.
Do you wrap furniture?
Yes! Customers are given the option to rent moving pads. If the customer rents pads or provides their own then we protect items for transit.
Do you move offices/ commercial buildings?
Yes, we do.
Do you move storage units at storage facilities?
Yes, we do.
Do you load and unload storage containers?
Yes, we do.
Do you give senior citizen or military discounts?
At this time, we unfortunately do not. However, we are still more than happy to be of help and have great respect for all.
Do you put anything up to protect walls or anything down to protect floors in my home?
No. All customers are responsible for supplying wall and floor protection. However, we are of course very mindful of these things and strive to do our best with no damages.
Are employees drug tested and background checked?
Yes! All employees go through a thorough drug and background check to complete the hiring process.
Are you licensed, insured, and bonded?
For labor only moving companies in the state of Illinois, no licensing or bonding is required. We are insured (see terms of agreement for insurance info).
